Ahh heirloom tomatoes, we love them so much. They are perfect in salads, pasta dishes and sandwiches and we can’t get enough. We’ve been eating these juicy tomatoes all Spring.
This heirloom yellow tomato mozzarella salad is so simple to make. You just need 3 ingredients and 5 minutes to pull it all together.
We sprinkled chives over the salad which adds a lot of flavor. We love chives! Do you?
Heirloom tomatoes at the farmer’s market
Hugo and I went to a gorgeous farmer’s market 2 weeks ago. French producers came from all over France to offer different kinds of sausage, a variety of cheeses, organic fruits and vegetables, French wines and Champagnes. We tried a lovely little rosé wine with raspberry syrup that was delicious too. One of the most beautiful sights at the market was all off the heirloom tomatoes!

- 1 ball of buffala mozzarella (125g)
- Fresh chives (chopped finely)
- Coarse salt
- Black pepper
