Sweet dumpling mini squash + raclette cheese

Description

Learn to make these adorable + delicious Sweet dumpling mini squash bursting with raclette cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Sweet dumpling mini squash
  • 1 onion (finely sliced)
  • 6 slices of Raclette cheese
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds
  • Salt, pepper & olive oil.
  • 1 tsp of paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 360°F (176°C).
  2. Cut the top off of each squash.
  3. Remove seeds with a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the squash.
  5. Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil over each squash.
  6. Put the squash (along with their tops on the sides) in the oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  8. Add onion, salt and paprika.
  9. Cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Fill each squash with onions and 3 slices of Raclette.
  11. Top with pumpkin seeds.
  12. Bake in the oven for 15 more minutes.
  13. Serve with your favorite salad.
