We have a soft spot in our hearts for a delicious French quiche. One of the first things I ever learned to make was a brie and garlic quiche (we’ll have to add that recipe to our blog one day). When Hugo and I first started living together, he was away with his dad for a 2 week sailing trip. While he was away, I wanted to learn to make something really well and I learned to make that brie and garlic quiche so that I could make it for him when he got home. I did and he loved it! I still love making quiches and we make one at least once per month.

Hello , I enjoy reading your blogs but I would like to see more details – for example half a zucchini (in the quiche) would that be a small one/medium or large? They vary so much in size it would be helpful. Also do you use a 9 inch pie dish? As a home cook this info would be helpful. Thanks

Hi Christine! So glad you enjoy reading our blog and thanks for your feedback. We use a medium zucchini and an 11 inch/28 cm ceramic pie dish (I’ll update the post with the link to the exact one we use). Have a great day!
