Make to use right away, store in the fridge for a couple of weeks and use as needed, or freeze in an ice cube tray so you have the paste on hand whenever you need it.

- 3oz (85g) of garlic – by weight
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 3 tbsp of water
Instructions
- Peel the ginger and garlic.
- Mix in a blender with olive oil and water for 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes white and creamy.
