  1. Hard boil the eggs (cook for 9 minutes).
  2. Remove the hard boiled egg yolk from three of the eggs. Mix with the sardine rillettes.
  3. Remove the egg yolk from the fourth egg. Set aside.
  4. Fill all four eggs with the sardine rillettes and egg mixture.
  5. Use the fourth hard boiled egg yolk to decorate all of the eggs by grating the hard boiled egg yolk over the other eggs.
