Description
Deviled eggs stuffed with homemade sardine rillettes.
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs (cook for 9 minutes).
- Remove the hard boiled egg yolk from three of the eggs. Mix with the sardine rillettes.
- Remove the egg yolk from the fourth egg. Set aside.
- Fill all four eggs with the sardine rillettes and egg mixture.
- Use the fourth hard boiled egg yolk to decorate all of the eggs by grating the hard boiled egg yolk over the other eggs.
