Broccoli Curry Ingredients
- Broccoli cut into florets
- Peanuts
- Sesame seeds
- Small onion
- Fresh garlic
- Fresh ginger
- Turmeric
- Tomato
- Yogurt
- Fresh cilantro
- Olive oil
How to make Broccoli Curry
- Step 1 – Heat a large pot of water with a teaspoon of coarse salt.
- Step 2 – When the water begins to boil (you can see bubbles), add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the water.
- Step 3 – Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a casserole or a wok over medium heat.
- Step 4 – Add the peanuts and cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 5 – Add the sesame seeds and cook for another minutes.
- Step 6 – Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 7 – Add half a teaspoon of salt, garlic and ginger and cook for a minute.
- Step 8 – Add the turmeric, the tomato, the yogurt and stir for a minute.
- Step 9 – Turn the heat to low heat.
- Step 10 – Add the broccoli, black pepper and cook for 7 minutes.
- Step 11 – Serve with fresh cilantro on top.
Tips to make Broccoli Curry
- Respect the cooking time of the broccoli. Make sure you lightly boil the broccoli (as directed) rather than over-boiling to avoid having a soggy mess on your hands! The broccoli should just be lightly boiled when you put it in the frying pan.

- 1 lbs of broccoli cut into florets
- 1/4 cup of peanuts
- 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 1 little onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 inch of ginger grated
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- Fresh cilantro
- Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
