This Thai coconut rice pudding recipe is a classic recipe with a twist!
- 400ml milk
- 400ml coconut milk
- 100g round (dessert) rice
- 40g molasses
- 40g shredded coconut
Steps to create to perfection :
1.Bring the milk to a soft boil.
2.As soon as the milk starts to boil, lower the heat and add coconut milk and rice.
3.Cook for 45 minutes.
4.Add molasses and shredded coconut.
5.Cook for another 15 minutes until it becomes creamy.
