Summer strawberries with olive oil, basil & honey glaze! It’s strawberry season and fresh strawberries are all over the markets in Paris. We are in L-O-V-E with strawberries at the moment. This recipe is healthier than our other favorite strawberry dessert which is a little more decadent : fresh strawberry pie with shortbread & cream.
Strawberries with olive oil are a lighter dessert
Strawberries with olive oil are a light and healthy alternative to a heavier dessert. The olive oil, lemon juice and basil come together to create an exquisite flavor that will surprise and delight your palate.

Hi Connie! Thank you so much! 🙂 We are so very touched by your nomination! It has taken me FOREVER to respond to the Liebster award nomination (sorry!) although I am SO excited about it!
