Ingredients

- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup of sourdough
- 2 tbsp of butter (melted)
- Butter for the frying pan
Instructions
- Put the flour and the baking powder in large bowl.
- Pour the milk in, little by little, while mixing with a tablespoon.
- Add the egg and the sourdough and mix.
- Add the melted butter and mix.
- Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a teaspoon of butter in a little frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour in a ladle of pancake batter and cook until little wells appear.
- Flip the pancake over and cook for 30 more seconds.
- Serve with maple syrup, raspberries and blueberries.
