Description
Sourdough naan is a tasty and healthy way to use your sourdough discard. It is soft and fluffy and easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 + 2/3 cup (200g) of flour
- 1/6 cup of sourdough
- 1/3 cup (80g) of lukewarm water
- 1/4 cup of yogurt
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 tsp of butter
Instructions
- Pour the yogurt and oil into the bowl of your stand mixer.
- Add the flour, salt, baking powder and water and mix with the hook attachment.
- Pour in the sourdough and mix for 10 minutes.
- Cover with a clean dish towel and leave to sit for an hour.
- Cut the dough into 8 parts.
- Roll out each ball of dough on a floured surface.
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil on medium heat.
- Heat each naan between 1 and 2 minutes each side.
- Top each naan with butter.
