Description
Easy and delicious sardine rillettes.
Ingredients

- 1 can of sardines (125g)
- 70g of cream cheese
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Zest of ½ a lemon
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 8 chives
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of dried chili peppers (or Espelette pepper)
Instructions
- Mix sardines, cream cheese and shallots in a bowl with a fork.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, chili peppers, black pepper and 6 chives (chopped) and continue to mix.
- Decorate with 2 chives (unchopped) and some grated lemon zest.
- Put in your fridge for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with bread.
