If I were being forced to choose one, just ONE, fresh herb to have access to for the rest of my life and put on everything, I would absolutely choose coriander (or cilantro). It is my absolute favorite. As I’m writing this, I am thinking we should probably create a coriander salad recipe too. Who would like that?
