Make these simple and delicious orange blossom French meringue cookies with 5 simple ingredients! Perfect to bring to a holiday party of for a Christmas cookie exchange.

- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp orange blossom oil
- 1/4 cup of caster sugar
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 100°C (212°F).
- Pour the egg whites, salt and orange blossom oil into the bowl of your stand mixer and mix slowly, increasing the speed every 30 seconds. (Approximately 5 minutes.)
- When the mixture looks like a cloud and forms peaks, increase to maximum speed and add the caster sugar in 3 parts. Wait 5 seconds between adding each part.
- Add the powdered sugar in 3 parts. Wait 5 seconds between each part.
- Whisk for another minute and stop.
- Put the mixture in a pastry pouch.
- Pipe the meringue out onto the prepared baking sheet using a large round tip.
- Put in the oven for 1 hour.
- Turn off the oven and leave the meringue to sit for another 20 minutes.
