We are crazy about popsicles at the moment. Our two favorite popsicle recipes we created this Summer were these mango lassi popsicles and our sugar-free matcha popsicles from earlier this Summer.

In reality, these would qualify as mini popsicles which means you coul absolutely eat 2 without hesitation!

Refreshing & tasty popsicles without all the nasty fake ingredients

A few weeks ago, it was so terribly hot in Paris. The grocery store freezers were empty – everyone was stocking their freezers with all of the ice cream and popsicles they could get their hands on. I understand – I was definitely reaching for at least one popsicle per day myself. We were happy knowing that our mango lassi popsicles have only 3, all natural, ingredients.

Making your own homemade popsicles means that they will be free of chemicals, free of fake colors and full of all-natural, tasty ingredients. That is important to us and if you are reading this blog, I am sure that it is important to you too.

These mango lassi popsicles couldn’t be any easier to make

All you have to do is mix the ripe mango and Greek yogurt in your blender on high speed and fill your popsicle molds. Sprinkle with some spicy pepper and you’re done!

(We have included Amazon links for your convenience. Read our disclosure here.)

If you have access to French Espelette spicy pepper, we highly recommend using it. Even in small quantities, it adds a flavor that is entirely different than any other spicy pepper we’ve ever tasted. Ours is authentic and organic Espelette pepper. You can order it online through Amazon here.

We also used mini silicone popsicle molds to give our dessert their lovely shape. You can order them on Amazon here.
