We absolutely love lazy Sundays when our time is 100% our own and we can just relax, cuddle, hang out with our yorkies, Violette and ChouChou, and enjoy a long and leisurely homemade brunch.
Today’s smoothie is full of nutritious, bursting-with-flavor, mango, banana, carrot, orange and lemon because, you guys, who doesn’t love a smoothie?! What better way to get your vitamins than drinking them in a yummy mixed fruit smoothie through a lovely little colorful straw?
For an extra health boost, you can add a spoonful of organic bee pollen. You can also make it creamier by adding 2 teaspoons of Greek yogurt.

This delicious mango banana carrot smoothie is the perfect recipe for a vitamin boost on a lazy Sunday morning or as a pre-workout energy kick.
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 2 shots of organic carrot juice
- 1 squeezed orange
- 1/2 lemon (cut into slices)
- 1 teaspoon organic pollen (optional)
- 2 teaspoons of Greek yogurt (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients on high speed in blender.

What a delightful sounding smoothie! I am guilty of never adding veggies to my smoothies – I like them sweet. But adding carrot would be a great way to get some veggies into my breakfast routine. And mango is my favourite fruit to add to smoothies. This sounds so refreshing and delicious – I can’t wait to try it out =)

Thank you! You should definitely try adding carrots – I am sure you will love the addition and it is a fun way to get some veggies mixed in there! Yes, they both LOVE bananas! Sometimes we add a few little pieces to their food and it makes them so happy! They also LOVE plain yogurt. Does your little yorkie enjoy yogurt too?
