- 1 lb. of ground beef
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 2 fresh tomatoes (cut into 4 parts)
- 1 medium onion (finely sliced)
- 1 garlic clove (finely sliced)
- ½ tsp of chili peppers
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a casserole on high heat.
- Add onion and a pinch of salt and cook until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add garlic, chili peppers and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add beef and cook until the beef is well cooked.
- Add tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low and keep cooking for another 20 minutes.
