FAQs

Can I use ragu sauce for lasagna?

Absolutely! This sauce is perfect for lasagna.

Is ragu sauce keto friendly?

This recipe is keto compliant. The only questionnable ingredient is the onion because some people avoid onions while on keto. In that case, you can swap out the onion for scallions.

Can I use ragu sauce on pizza?

Yes! This sauce would make a great base for a homemade pizza.

Is this sauce healthy?

Homemade sauce will generally be healthier than store-bought (in most cases). If you use fresh tomatoes and organic ground beef, this sauce is pretty healthy and a solid source of protein.
