Tips to Make Chorizo Spaghetti
- Don’t overcook the spaghetti! The key to perfect spaghetti every time is to cook for one minute less than indicated on the box and to toss it into the mixture in the frying pan at the end to cook for one more minute with the toppings/rest of the ingredients. If you cook according to the time on the box and then cook for extra time at the end, the pasta will be overcooked and too soft. We want try Italian al dente pasta here, friends!
- Use fresh herbs! Although you can use dried herbs to flavor your pasta dishes, fresh herbs always elevate your dishes in my opinion. Use fresh chives if you can.
Make This Chorizo Spaghetti Your Own
- Add more veggies! You can toss in some broccoli or asparagus to add more vegetables to this dish.
- Add a little heat! Chorizo is already spicy but you could make this dish even spicier by adding some hot pepper.
