The best hummus recipe


Ingredients

Scale
  • 400g cans of chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp of tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp of dried chili peppers
  • ½ tsp of paprika
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • A sprig of parsley or coriander

Instructions

  1. Rince the chickpeas in cold water.
  2. Pour the chickpeas in your food processor.
  3. Add the tahini, the garlic cloves, salt, lemon and chili peppers.
  4. Mix the ingredients.
  5. Add the olive oil and mix again until the mixture becomes smoothe.
  6. Pour the mixture in to a bowl, add the paprika and a leaf of parsley or coriander.
  7. Serve with baguette bread.
