Ingredients

- 400g cans of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp of tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ tsp of salt
- The juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp of dried chili peppers
- ½ tsp of paprika
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- A sprig of parsley or coriander
Instructions
- Rince the chickpeas in cold water.
- Pour the chickpeas in your food processor.
- Add the tahini, the garlic cloves, salt, lemon and chili peppers.
- Mix the ingredients.
- Add the olive oil and mix again until the mixture becomes smoothe.
- Pour the mixture in to a bowl, add the paprika and a leaf of parsley or coriander.
- Serve with baguette bread.
