The best falafel in Paris? Our absolute favorite is at Chez Hanna on the rue des Rosiers in the Marais.
Over thepast 15 years living in Paris, I have eaten a lot of falafel. I lived in the Marais for 6 years and popping out for a late night, 5€, falafel was a regular happening.
I tested all of the falafel places on the rue des Rosiers. Once you’ve lived in Paris for a while, you start to have an opinion about where you can find the best falafel. Everyone has their favorite place. I kept going back to Chez Hanna time and time again.
When Hugo and I met, I discovered that he hadn’t tried falafel on the rue des Rosiers yet. I was so excited to be able to bring him to my favorite spot and share the experience of wolfing down the falafel on the neighboring church steps. This remains one of the best Parisian meals you can find!
