We have developed a lot of soup recipes over the past year. Soups are such a delicious way to increase the vegetables you’re eating and we can’t get enough. We love simple and healthy soups all year long. Hot and healthy in the winter, cool and calming in the Summer. We can’t get enough of all the delightful soups.
We always enjoy our hot soups with a naughtily cheesy cheese toast; always on grainy bread and often topped with some crunchy seeds or grains as well.
After trying several bread + cheese + seed combinations, we have come up with our favorite version : the ultimate cheese toast!
This cheese toast is a combination of crunchy, mixed grain baguette (grains combo?), emmental cheese and raw, organic pumpkin seeds.
Once you have made this tasty treat covered with amazing melted cheese and crunchy seeds, you will never want to enjoy a soup without them again!

- ½ grainy baguette
- 4 large slices emmental cheese
- A handful Raw & organic pumpkin seeds
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Heat oven to 350°F/175°C.
- Top the bread with a slice of cheese & pumpkin seeds.
- Heat the bread, cheese & pumpkin seeds for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
