Thank you for checking out OUR PARIS BUCKETLIST! Whether you live in Paris, are coming to visit or just enjoy knowing what’s up in the City of Love, this is a fun page for you!
We update this page every month so that you can see where we are planning to eat in Paris month by month. As we eat in each place, we post an article about our experience and add the link here.
Most of our recommendations are everyday eats around Paris but sometimes we’ll throw a more luxurious restaurant or bar into the mix.
Where we’re planning to eat in August 2016 :
SOUL KITCHEN : this adorable café in Montmartre has been on our radar for about a month. We hear they have some of the best coffee in Paris and scrumptious homemade muffins, cookies and cakes.
LE MONT DU BONHEUR : this gem of a place is on the rue du Roi de Sicile and serves on dessert and one dessert only : the legendary mont blanc. We have never tried one so we are very excited about this! (Oh and apparently they serve two desserts during the Summer : their famous mont blanc and ice cream! #win)

Where we’re planning to eat in July 2016 :
LA PALETTE : This traditional French brasserie in the beautiful 6th arrondissement of Paris, is known for delicious French classics such as steak and tarte tatin. We are drooling just thinking about it!
Read our La Palette review.
CAFE KITSUNE : Everyone is flocking to Café Kitsuné in the Palais Royal to try the one and only Matcha Latte. We have never tried a Matcha Latte and are super excited for the new experience! A Matcha Latte and a romantic stroll around the Palais Royal Gardens?! We’re in!!!
Read our Café Kitsuné review.
THE HOT DOG CORNER : So Rumor has it we can taste a cronut at The Hot Dog Corner on the rue des Martyrs (Paris 9). This is a BIG DEAL! We are yet to try a cronut and we are very excited!
Update : so apparently, THE HOT DOG CORNER in the 9th has closed! They have another location in the 15th so it is still on our bucketlist.
Where we’re planning to eat in June 2016 :
BOB’S JUICE BAR : We are very excited to try this spot! It is hard to find fresh juices in Paris and we have heard that this place is awesome.
Update : we decided to go to BOB’S BAKE SHOP (rather than BOB’S JUICE BAR) in the end. Same group of food shops – more of a focus on sweets rather than fresh juice!!
Read our Bob’s Bake Shop review.
IL GELATO DEL MARCHESE : fine Italian gelato and gorgeous decor in Saint Germain (Paris, 6ème). Yes, please!
PIERRE HERME : Pierre Hermé just won the title of BEST PASTRY CHEF IN THE WORLD. This has been our favorite spot to eat macarons for years! We are very excited to go back and try some new flavors and to let you know all about them! (PS. Ladurée is world famous for macarons and theirs are yummy. However, our personal opinion is that you haven’t tasted macarons until you have tried Pierre Hermé’s!)
